Today I was diagnosed with Esophagitis. Is minor, but aggravating. And slightly inconvenient. Reasonably certain that it was from taking a pill with too little water, and has just progressed from there. Course of treatment at this point is acid reducing medication and a low-acid diet for 3 months.
So far, the low-acid diet is not working out so well. I just like my fresh fruits. I like coffee too. Dr. says no coffee. Blah.
